Presenter profiles
Tim Rayner is a partner in Browne Jacobson’ Property Disputes team. He has specialised in Property Disputes since qualification in 2004.  Chambers and Partners 2016 says:  “Tim Rayner has experience acting for public bodies and retailers on dilapidations claims and break clauses.  Sources say he is “very knowledgeable and easy to work with””
Sian Evans is a partner in the Property Litigation Team at Weightmans. The ex chair and current member of the Housing Committee at the Law Society Sian has specialised in property litigation and housing matters since qualification in1990. Sian appears regularly in the First Tier Tribunal dealing with disputes about service charges and section 20 consultation. “Clients describe her as “brilliant,” particularly with regard to her advocacy.”
