Presenter profiles:

David Hutton is a partner at Bevan Brittan and Head of the Local Government practice.

David is responsible for client relationships with government, national and local. Being familiar with the political, economic and legislative landscape, he supports clients on commercialisation with alternative methods and models of service delivery. This includes insourcing, outsourcing, joint ventures and commissioning only council models across many service areas.

David leads the Bevan Brittan work on place and growth, working with Core Cities, LEPs and other regions in this new environment.
