Presenter profiles:

Martin Lee has nearly 30 years’ experience in practising Housing Law as a qualified solicitor. In the early part of his career he built up a team of housing practitioners in a leading law firm in Nottingham, mainly representing tenants facing possession proceedings, enforcing landlords’ repairing covenants and prosecuting unlawful eviction claims. Since establishing his own firm in Mansfield in 2001, Martin Lee & Co, he now primarily represents social landlords in all areas of housing management and tenancy enforcement, as well as advising private landlords in setting up, managing and terminating tenancies.
